"Rhinoplasty - Scottsdale, AZ - I couldn't be happier with my new nose.I hated my nose for as long as I can remember, when I looked in the mirror or at pictures of myself that's all I saw. The first time I met with Dr.Holden he pin pointed my exact issues with my nose with out my having to tell him. He was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions. While talking to him it was obvious he knew what he was talking about and was an expert in his field. I felt so comfortable and confident with him that I canceled my other consultes (with another surgon I used in the past) and scheduled by surgery for the next week. Dr.Holden also saw me at every one of my follow up appointments, not some nurse, which was very important to me and helped with my post surgery anxiety. With being 34 years old and a mother of 3 it was very important to me for my new nose to look natural. It does. I am thrilled when I look in the mirror and the people close to me have all remarked how wonderful it looks. While people that I haven't shared my surgery haven't noticed or at least not enough to say "oh my gosh you got a nose job!" I still look like me. :)"

"Dr Holden is Amazing. Definitely Book a Consultation. - Dr Holden preformed my rhinoplasty and is now one of my favorite people. He is truly a caring, compassionate and extremely talented physician. I have medical background and within minutes of meeting Dr Holden, could tell how incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable he is. The day of my surgery I was very nervous and he literally held my hand and talked everything through with me. My nose has turned out so beautifully and I will definitely post pictures when my swelling subsides a bit. I could not be happier!"
"If you are looking for the best, look no further! I came upon Dr. Paul Holden by word of mouth from a past patient. The idea of finding a facial plastic surgeon through an online search alone was daunting and I am incredibly grateful for this referral. I give Dr. Paul Holden and his staff a 10/10 (and I am a tough critic!). Everyone in the office and operating room was supportive, available to answer any and all questions, put my mind at ease and made me feel confident in my decision to move forward with an elective surgery. Might I add, I did my consultation via phone and did not meet Dr. Holden until the day of surgery. The downtime involved as compared the result that I received made it completely worthwhile. I am just two weeks post-op and could not possibly be any happier with the entire experience. I had an in person consultation with another surgeon who told me to come see him in 10 years for the procedure. Why would I want to spend my 40’s not looking the best I could? He was booked with back to back appointments yet he spent nearly an hour stitching my son’s face up perfectly. Two weeks later he has only a light pink scar. I can’t imagine what the result may have been had I gone to the emergency room."

During my initial consultation I loved how his bedside manner was as outstanding as his knowledge in plastic surgery. He listened to all of my concerns and what end result I was looking for. I can truly say that I couldn't be more thrilled with my results, it is exactly what I wanted! Also recovery has been a breeze which with two little kids I was very worried about that as well. If you're nervous about this huge decision I would absolutely choose Dr. Tsujimura. "Very Happy - I wanted Rhinoplasty for a pretty long time, but was always scared, or on the fence about it because I have seen so many bad procedures. Bad as in overdone, or a nose with 2 holes and tiny point that stood out as "a nose job." This was my fear. I did not want to look so different that people would wonder what I did to my face. I explained all my concerns to Dr. Holden. He assured me this would not happen, and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. It has only been 18 days since my procedure and I'm very happy with the changes. It is subtle, not drastic, and I still look like myself. I went back to work after 1 week and no one really noticed I even had this done. One guy asked me if I changed my hair. He thought something looked a little different, but could not tell what. I think this is a sign of a good procedure. Cosmetic surgery should look natural, and not overdone. I would highly recommend Dr. Holden if you are considering Rhinoplasty."
"5 Stars For The Scottsdale Plastic Surgeon Superstars - I chose Scottsdale Plastic Surgeons because they value their patients. From our initial conversation, the staff validated me as a person and my concerns as important. They were professional, respectful, personable, engaging and accommodating with my needs. They listened, adjusted and worked with my complicated schedule. They showed interest in my questions and gave answers that I understood. I felt safe discussing personal and sensitive concerns and felt better about myself and my decision to move forward after talking with them. I chose Dr. Holden initially because of his knowledge within his specialized area of practice as well as his familiarity and skill of modern medical practices and innovative techniques. After meeting with him, I chose Dr. Holden because of his soft spoken approachability and ease to talk with. His philosophy of care lined up with what I was looking for. He asked thorough questions and listened with gentle hearted calmness and confidence. "I had a horrible experience with seeing another ENT a few months before seeing Dr. Holden. To the point that I literally left the office in tears. I paid $150 with this other ENT and rescheduled my entire shift to see this surgeon. I have had breathing problems with my nose for as long as I can remember. I've also become very self conscious of my nose over the years. After my bad experience with Todd Hobgood (see his page to read my review of what happened) one of my clients recommended Dr. Holden. From the beginning when I called to schedule a consult the front desk girls were so unbelievably kind! I went in to my consult with my boyfriend and my son and they were even sweeter in-person. Dr. Holden came in and spent nearly an hour with me going over what could be going on. Not once did he mention the cosmetic side until I brought it up. This shows me that he genuinely cares and is not just in it for the money! He took photos of my face from different angles. He actually listened to everything I had to say from the health portion to the cosmetic side. He gave me recommendations and referrals for the health side and then said he would be back after he edits my photos to try and show me what the nose I was hoping for would look like. He came back in the room and what I saw brought instant tears to me eyes! It was the nose I have DREAMED of!! I spoke finances with one of the ladies (who was also so dang friendly) and left in HAPPY TEARS. Not sad tears feeling insufficient like I did with the other ENT I saw. This was a few weeks ago. Every day I look at the photos he gave me and dream and set goals to one day be able to afford it! Eventually that day will come and I literally cannot wait! I work in the beauty industry and I have met many different personalities. Some great, some not so great. After that experience I can hands down say I 100% trust Dr. Holden with my life and when that glorious day comes - I'll be editing this review to post my before and after photos of my nose! You'll all be appalled with the difference. True artist. Genuine man. Give him a shot, you will not regret it! Oh, beautiful office as well!"

"I just want to thank Dr. Tsujimura and his wonderful staff for such an amazing experience. From the day I went in for my consultation to the day of after my surgery, they were amazing! The staff is very friendly and made me feel really welcoming and comfortable. Dr. Tsujimura explained everything day of consultation and he went over absolutely everything that I needed to know about my breast augmentation. I went to a couple other doctors before deciding to go with Scottsdale Plastic Surgeons and they were by far the best overall with customer service. Surgery went extremely well Dr. Tsujimura and he help Me decide the right size. He knows his stuff and recommend what size fit best with my body. "Truly Exceptional. He Should Have His Own TV Show. - Dr. Holden exceeded my expectations. My result is so amazing, that I am still trying to wrap my head around it. He’s not only a skilled plastic surgeon, but he is also an artist, something that I feel cannot be taught. I had a previous rhinoplasty and a revision with another surgeon. I was living with a result that was clearly worse than if I never had the surgery. I was depressed. I was convinced that it could not be improved. I finally took control of my life and researched the best plastic surgeon I could find. I thought I had done that before, but I found out the hard way that with rhinoplasty, there was a lot more research I should have done. Qualifications I then looked for were 1) Expert FACIAL plastic surgeon, 2) Performs over 50 rhinoplasties a year, and 3) Has high satisfaction ratings. Dr. Holden has all that and more in aces. "Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery - I've always had excess skin fold over my eyes (it's genetic), but when the lower eyelids began to deflate and wrinkle, I knew it was time to have these procedures done. A lot of the deflation in my face is due to having lost 100 pounds almost 20 years ago. "Minor Fix Here and There. Scottsdale, AZ - ?I have never really liked the bridge height or the thickness of my nose tip. Not only was I unhappy, I had no idea what I needed to make it look more appealing. Did I need to take down the bridge? Narrow the tip or bring in my nostrils? Due to the luck I'm usually dealt with if something was going to go wrong it would happen to me. Like the average person, I was nervous. Finally, I got the guts to do something about it. I then made an appointment with Dr. Paul Holden in February 2016. I got all of my questions & concerns answered. Dr. Holden also pointed out a few things I never would have recognized. My pictures were taken and imaged to my liking. I fell in love with what my " new " nose would look like. My chin was also addressed and made more pronounced in the imaging process. I then scheduled my surgery for March 11, 2016. The " Big Day" came and I was more than ready. IV was placed, by the best nurse Lindsey; who made absolutely painless. I walked back to the operating room, took about a 3.5 hour nap and woke up feeling great. Most people don't remember waking up after a surgical procedure but I can say I remember most of it. I did decide to go with the chin implant as well as the rhinoplasty (open). After the anesthesia wore off I did not have as much pain as I anticipated, the only pain I experienced was my chin; whichj was a burning/stinging sensation and lasted about 3-4 days. My pain medication was taken for a day or 2 otherwise Tylenol extra strength was taken as needed. I had surgery on a Friday afternoon and was back to work by Tuesday. My splint and sutures were removed at 1 week and had a little round circle maybe 2cm of bruising on my left lower eyelid and a speck of bruising on my right upper eyelid and of course the usual swelling. Arnica (aids in bruising) and Bromelain (pineapple extract; to help reduce swelling) were my best friends ;) I get asked why I had surgery and I simply did it for myself. There is no better feeling than self confidence and mine definitely has improved. Nor do I have to take 100+ selfies or contour my nose for the perfect lighting. Overall, having surgery was 110% worth it & I would do it all over again."

"Chin Implant, Lower Facelift, Fat Grafting- 42 Year Old Female- Best Decision - Scottsdale, AZ - Dr Holden was amazing- start to finish. He was very honest with me, and we discussed the best plan for my multiple issues. This was not a quick conversation and I was so impressed with the way he explained everything to me. He spent considerable time going over what the surgery itself would entail, what to expect after surgery, and my questions about recovery. He understands that this is both exciting and a bit terrifying as well- because it is my face after all. I wanted to look like myself, but with a better profile and jawline. He explained that a lower facelift, custom chin implant, as well as a touch of fat grafting under the eyes, at the temples, and at the lips would give me the results I desired.Interestingly enough, I was planning on having a different surgery for this problem, where my jaw would be broken and moved forward (orthagnathic surgery) and we spent considerable time weighing the pros and cons of both. Since my braces had largely corrected my teeth crowding and overbite, there would only be a few millimeters added with orthagnathic surgery. This would not be enough to change my profile in a noticeable way, and I would still need soft tissue reconstruction to get my desired effect. He was kind, respectful, and gave me very honest feedback to my questions. I wanted silicone implants, somewhere in the 250-300cc range, under the muscle, with transaxillary placement. He discussed the pros and cons of implant types, incision location, implant placement, and implant size/profile. We agreed on a plan, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Even though I am only a week out from surgery, they look natural, symmetric, and appropriately sized for my small frame. I did not have any numbness on my inner arm or chest wall, which can happen with the transaxillary approach. I had almost no bruising either, just a little around the incisions. Pain was very minimal. He was very caring and involved during my postop visits as well, and made me feel very comfortable during my recovery. I am so grateful that Dr Tsujimura was my surgeon! "Lower Facelift, Custom Chin Implant, Fat Grafting- 42 Year Old Female - Scottsdale, AZ - Dr Holden was amazing- start to finish. He was very honest with me, and we discussed the best plan for my multiple issues. This was not a quick conversation and I was so impressed with the way he explained everything to me. He spent considerable time going over what the surgery itself would entail, what to expect after surgery, and my questions about recovery. He understands that this is both exciting and a bit terrifying as well- because it is my face after all. I wanted to look like myself, but with a better profile and jawline. He explained that a lower facelift, custom chin implant, as well as a touch of fat grafting under the eyes, at the temples, and at the lips would give me the results I desired.Interestingly enough, I was planning on having a different surgery for this problem, where my jaw would be broken and moved forward (orthagnathic surgery) and we spent considerable time weighing the pros and cons of both. Since my braces had largely corrected my teeth crowding and overbite, there would only be a few millimeters added with orthagnathic surgery. This would not be enough to change my profile in a noticeable way, and I would still need soft tissue reconstruction to get my desired effect. Not to mention, I would not need my jaw wired shut for 6 weeks with a facelift, and the pain would be remarkably less as well.Dr Holden made me feel very confident in my decision, and his advice was so valuable to me. His expertise was obvious as well. Not once did he pressure me or rush my decision, and we decided to proceed.After surgery, he was just as interested in my recovery and had frequent follow up visits. I felt he genuinely cared about my well being and outcome. I really could not be happier! I feel so grateful to Dr Holden for all the time he spent walking me through this complicated decision, and the results speak for themselves.When my friends see me now a week out, even though I'm still a little bruised and swollen, the typical reaction is tears of joy.
